Personal Data Protection (KVKK)
As ABGG Global Grubu (“Company”), we attach great importance to the security of your personal data. With this awareness, we place significant emphasis on ensuring that the personal data of individuals with whom the Company interacts is processed and preserved in compliance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), its secondary regulations put into effect or to be put into effect under the Law, and binding decisions issued or to be issued by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
With full awareness of this responsibility, and in our capacity as the “Data Controller” as defined by the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), we process your personal data within the framework and boundaries established by applicable legislation, as described below.
1. Information on the Data Controller

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed by the Company for the following purposes:

To carry out necessary operations by Company business units to ensure that commercial activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and Company policies,

To determine, plan, and implement the Company's short-, medium-, and long-term business strategies,

To fulfill the Company’s obligations arising from relevant legislation,

To ensure the commercial and legal security of individuals and legal entities with whom the Company maintains business relationships.
Your personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and in connection with, limited to, and proportionate to these purposes within the limits set by the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
3. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred, for the purposes stated above and in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), to:

Public institutions, judicial and administrative authorities authorized by law,

Private individuals and legal entities permitted under applicable regulations,

Auditing institutions authorized to inspect the Company,

Contracted payment institutions to fulfill payments and financial obligations,

Business partners with whom the Company collaborates or receives services from for operational purposes,

And, when necessary, to the Company's suppliers,
provided that all necessary data security measures prescribed by the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) are taken.
4. Method and Legal Grounds for Collection of Personal Data
Your personal data is collected verbally, in writing, or electronically, through automatic or non-automatic means by authorized units and employees of the Company.
In this context, personal data in the categories of identity, contact, location, personnel, legal transaction, customer transaction, physical space security, transaction security, risk management, finance, professional experience, marketing, and visual and audio recordings are processed based on the following legal grounds specified in Article 5(2) of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK):

The necessity of processing personal data of the parties to a contract, provided it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract,

The necessity of processing for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations,

The personal data being made public by the data subject,

The necessity of processing for the legitimate interests of the Company, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
5. Rights of Data Subjects under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK)
In accordance with Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), you may apply to the Company to exercise the following rights:

If processed, to request information regarding such processing,

To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,

To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,

To request deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions set forth in Article 7,

To request that third parties to whom data has been transferred be informed of actions taken under subparagraphs (d) and (e),

To object to any outcome that is to your detriment resulting from the analysis of your personal data exclusively through automated systems,

To request compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing of your personal data.
You may submit your requests regarding your rights and the implementation of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) by filling out the application form available at info@abgg.com.tr, and sending a signed hard copy via registered mail to: “Yıldırım Kule, Ankara Teknoloji Geliştirme Merkezi, Mevlana Bulvarı No: 221/105 Çankaya/Ankara”, or by signing the form with your secure electronic signature and sending it via your KEP address or your registered email in the Company's data recording system to info@abgg.com.tr.
